Other Sim locked iPhone after factory reset

hi everyone. girlfriend has iphone 6s, bought in phillipines , it's locked carrier smart. lives in thailand , make phone work thai sim had buy chip put in sim. , chip has worked flawlessly. phone acting earlier today decided factory reset , hope of problems gone. reset went fine, of course didn't think wouldn't able log in apple account without sim card smart. , of course doesn't have original sim card anymore. after hours of googling problem ask here if has suggestion how bypass sim carrier. if jailbreaking solution we're willing try that. i'm not in thailand i'm trying best here abroad. in advance edit: see maybe there better category post this, sorry that.   i think referring gevey sim type , has updated ios , no longer works solution unlocked via bay or sell   Forums iPho

Other iPhone 8 vs iPhone x

i lost.. looking forward iphone being released past fall, when apple released iphone 8 (that looks past 3 phones) next iphone x (that's expensive, doesn't have touch id - prefer, , have heard buggy), didn't know do. still don't know do.. or if want to.. have iphone 5s right that's running ok... doesn't have lot of space left... i've thought getting new iphone came out, i'm underwhelmed now... guys prefer upgrade? or should wait until 2018 , see comes out then??   if had money i’d ip8.. or wait till next fall see what’s next.. prefer touchid that’s me.. 6s+ still working fine on 11.2 i’m in no hurry..   Forums iPhone, iPad, and iPod Touch iPhone iPhone iPhone Mac OS & System Software
