somehow messed user accounts macbook air. have 2 different users accounts, both of them standard, , no administrator account. want delete 1 , change other administrator account. also, reason, password not being accepted either account, , time machine restore not working!   you have lost admin access system. happens after upgrading system. result don't have admin rights. have use admin rights admin rights back. well, how 1 that? becomes circular path nowhere.... so, easy path re-enable system account setup assistant (that tool runs when first set new mac.) if can run, can make new account, is, default, admin account. boot new account, allow change each still existing accounts, or one, admin user. log out, taking login screen. log in normal user account, delete new account created, if want that. and, in "admin" account business. here's page shows how that: http://www.theinstr

i have 2 iphone 6s's, both of have serial numbers qualify battery replacement according site: https://www.apple.com/support/iphone6s-unexpectedshutdown/ 1 phone losing battery power faster when new, typically dropping 40% in day minimal use , minimal background apps running. other phone dropping 0 power each day under same minimal use. have not been able confirm either phone suffering power-off issue when battery starts low per se. so, if bother make appointment have these inspected @ apple store, how "test" phones? serial numbers confirm have bad batteries , replace them, or argue me batteries "old" , performance within specs? apple store 80 miles house, rather not waste time if won't resolve this.   it took 2 trips me. first trip ran diagnostic , requested me reset device , see if fixed before replace it. second visit, replaced on spot.
