iOS 11 Auto Capitalization Issues


hi,

noticed ios 11, os auto capitalizes lot of 'non names' words long in contacts. example, if save contact called jason tennis, ios tends capitalize word 'tennis'. 'tennis' becomes 'tennis' if word appears in middle of sentence. happens lot of other words well, such 'cleaner', 'cleaning', 'manager', 'how' (which common chinese surname in south east asia) etc.

contacted apple support in turn asked me refresh ios. pretty sure os issue reformat won't help. other friends facing same too.

not this, typing 'iphone' @ start of sentence not change word 'iphone', changes 'iphone'. isn't right in apple's called perfectionist landscape ya?

can has connection apple ios team reach out them , find answer these issues?

even assuming here has such connections, can’t out due nature of such relationship. filing bug report apple best way let them know issue.

com.apple.DiskManagement.disenter error -119930878

here's odd one! 1 of our 2015 macbook air notebooks in office crashed , became unbootable after user clicked high sierra upgrade sierra on it. tried sorts of things working again, including both internet recovery , regular recovery. each time, partially install high sierra , stop error saying, "macos not installed on computer", followed specific error code mentioned in message subject line. have identically configured air (8gb ram, 512gb ssd, core i7) upgraded sierra high sierra without problems @ all, should work! thing able problem machine installing sierra usb thumb drive. did that, of user's data accessible again (nothing lost, thankfully!) , working normally. tried running high sierra upgrade again fresh app store download, hoping original issue stupid user powering computer off in middle of upgrade process. nope! exact same error , resulting unbootable machine. computer passes apple hardware tests flying colors , seems fine
