iPhone 7, Software, or Apple Battery Case Issue?


i can't tell if iphone 7 issue or apple battery case issue, lately (after recent software update) case stop charging phone. scenario: pull phone, in it's case, off charger , go day; full charge. after couple of hours , running music app, i'll notice phone battery depleting. case still around 90% charged. lightning bolt icon still there, , phone battery drops in charge. go solution has been reset phone which, in general, works happening on daily basis; in opinion. sometimes, i've had reset more once in day. i've tried multiple combinations of removing phone case, shutting phone off & on again, , resets. ideas?

updated: also, apple battery case shows "aid ups" during battery draining issue.

com.apple.DiskManagement.disenter error -119930878

here's odd one! 1 of our 2015 macbook air notebooks in office crashed , became unbootable after user clicked high sierra upgrade sierra on it. tried sorts of things working again, including both internet recovery , regular recovery. each time, partially install high sierra , stop error saying, "macos not installed on computer", followed specific error code mentioned in message subject line. have identically configured air (8gb ram, 512gb ssd, core i7) upgraded sierra high sierra without problems @ all, should work! thing able problem machine installing sierra usb thumb drive. did that, of user's data accessible again (nothing lost, thankfully!) , working normally. tried running high sierra upgrade again fresh app store download, hoping original issue stupid user powering computer off in middle of upgrade process. nope! exact same error , resulting unbootable machine. computer passes apple hardware tests flying colors , seems fine
