Why are iPad cellular models almost never discounted?


seeing of black friday , cyber monday deals ipad pros wifi, i'm struck no retailers offering $100 off of ipad models cellular capabilities. why this? if retailer willing discount wifi model (and take loss on shoppers store), why won't same thing cell model?

after playing 10.5" @ apple store more, i'm more , more convinced 10.5" suit needs - however, lack of sales frustrates me.
 

good sales on iphones quite rare. apple has deal carriers not allow retailers sales on cellular products more people buy them carrier using 2 year financing.

additionally, people buying cellular models have more disposable income, lte on ipad seen more luxury feature necessity.

Other Unknown error

here's odd one! 1 of our 2015 macbook air notebooks in office crashed , became unbootable after user clicked high sierra upgrade sierra on it. tried sorts of things working again, including both internet recovery , regular recovery. each time, partially install high sierra , stop error saying, "macos not installed on computer", followed specific error code mentioned in message subject line. have identically configured air (8gb ram, 512gb ssd, core i7) upgraded sierra high sierra without problems @ all, should work! thing able problem machine installing sierra usb thumb drive. did that, of user's data accessible again (nothing lost, thankfully!) , working normally. tried running high sierra upgrade again fresh app store download, hoping original issue stupid user powering computer off in middle of upgrade process. nope! exact same error , resulting unbootable machine. computer passes apple hardware tests flying colors , seems fin...
