Existing IUP and iPhone X - Extra months to pay -

hi guys,

i'm existing iup customer enrolled last year iphone 7 plus. pay 12 months, cycle started 8th november 2016, therefore able pre-order iphone x last friday without pay anything. ready 08:01 (uk time) pre-order apple store application down @ least until 08:06. completed pre-order @ 08:07 pick in store (in uk don't have other option, pick in store) , given next 18th november pickup iphone, means, if don't have pay additional month - £46 (13 months in total) few days. called morning apple support complain, because understand not fault low stock of iphone x or apple store down until 08:06 iphone upgrade program customers. after been talking different people in apple support spending 1 hour didn't compensation or solution avoid pay month, consider not fair exiting iup users.

well, question is, in same situation? complain this? .. understand there people in worst situation me, means, enrolled in iup program in september , therefore obligation pay 2 or 3 additional months etc.. wonder know feedback. i'm thinking call trading standards uk advice suggestions feedback welcome.

being said, guys need read tos stuff sign. don't guarantee new phone every 12 months, every year, can 24 months minus 1 day actually.
