iPhone X scratched in 4 days


so happened - screen ruined in 4 days of normal use. these grooves can felt not nail, naked fingertip, assume not oleophobic coating got damaged - it's glass itself.

must i've never used screen protector of form , never had scratches on of previous iphones since 3g. last owned 1 - 7 plus - dropped in sand, mud, snow, rocks , dirty pockets half year - no dings or abrasions present.

, before have sand im pockets or other abrasive stuff - no not, keep clothes clean :)

try contact of apple authorised service centers today problem, don't have official ones in moscow, , i'm hoping receive kind of , advice here too!

some may experience , won’t. in future, maybe want consider protector.

Other Unknown error

here's odd one! 1 of our 2015 macbook air notebooks in office crashed , became unbootable after user clicked high sierra upgrade sierra on it. tried sorts of things working again, including both internet recovery , regular recovery. each time, partially install high sierra , stop error saying, "macos not installed on computer", followed specific error code mentioned in message subject line. have identically configured air (8gb ram, 512gb ssd, core i7) upgraded sierra high sierra without problems @ all, should work! thing able problem machine installing sierra usb thumb drive. did that, of user's data accessible again (nothing lost, thankfully!) , working normally. tried running high sierra upgrade again fresh app store download, hoping original issue stupid user powering computer off in middle of upgrade process. nope! exact same error , resulting unbootable machine. computer passes apple hardware tests flying colors , seems fin...
