Issues with ATT unlocking phone

att unbelievable. refuse unlock 2 of our 4 phones. agreed unlock all, when switched t-mobile moved 2 lines, of sudden 2 cannot moved. youngest son has iphone 5 - super old , paid off years ago. phone , husband's phone (iphone6) both under mysterious contract can out of paying $250. have spoken att no less 5 times. each time told approved , clear in 15-10 minutes. 6 hours later talk yet "supervisor" refuses help, , accused of trying "others" have done illegally. said "google' ways out contract att , why being charged $250. did mention customers 10+ years. why leaving , feel criminal in manner in has been handled.

 

something else wrong somewhere. maybe tmo move. requested unlock on paid 6s plus , sent unlock procedures , approved it. never talked anyone.

surprised have erase , restore iphone unlock though. thought send code type in somewhere. or, me.
