Resolved Mac pro 1,1 trouble (will not boot)

hi,
strange problem occured me.

helped friend installing ssd samsung evo 850 in mac pro 1,1 on 5th ("hidden") sata port. not first time that. worked well. installed new os , manually transferred files old hdd. got premission problems, showed him how resolve via cmd+i, - read , write, apply etc.
left, lives in paris, there week, , live in bulgaria.
....

next day calls me saying mac stuck on apple logo screen, trying boot ssd hangs there. after several tests, none of 3 hard disks has boot (he had 1 disk snow leopard , 1 other tiger)...
worked fine week ago.
try know, know lot, , nothing happens. external disks, mac stay @ grey screen loading eternally os.
....
decide find new mac pro 1,1 , gets new one. installs ssd on 5th port, mac pro used have ssd on port working perfectly...
mac go apple screen , hang there trying boot. old one. same other disks...
....
told me before first (his own) mac loses ability boot, had strange problem permissions again - every disk trying use had padlock sign on , not open them...
after restarted mac pro , impossible boot ever since.
.....

question - ssd connected hidden sata ports damage logic board or sata connections on mac pro?
question 2 - ssd or friend did during manual permissions repair cause corruption disks , therefore impossibility use them?

ps. didnt yet try disk coming form computer going try tomorrow...
pss. not have original dvd's try boot...

tried sorts of smc reset , pram reset, of course, single user , fsck -fy.

overwhelmed... never had kind of problem. , frustrating because trying here via facetime etc...and cant hands on mac pro.

 

have tried alt startup see startup manager?
have tried pulling drives apart 1 (which has os on) , seeing if boot?
data backed up?
can describe drive setup me, ie assume has 5 drives (as using 5th) dose each 1 have os on? dedicated data drives? keeping work files on os drives? os's on 1 partitioned drive or split on lots of drives?

when changed permissions on files cmd+i why did need that? , did change?

if me id install osx on usb stick 16gb+ pull drives macpro , try boot usb stick (not usb 3 card mac usb2 ports), if can boot usb stick it's not hardware problem.
id start trying boot last know os drive (ie 1 hd in computer @ time) , see if works, start adding drives till hit problem.
thats gess on mu end im not shore details.

if data not backed careful, if can boot usb stick can if needed insert drives data on external drives using usb stick boot drive if needed.

have 1 hd multiple partitions each 1 different copy's of osx on boot (there backups boot drive on ssd, keeps things clean/safe) , keep data on dedicated data drives mixing 2 nightmare if he's mixing data on multiple boot drives going have "fun" fixing :x
data drives have ignore ownership on volume ticked never mess permissions it's never fun fix.

ps raid used @ point if not of drive pulling >>..<< may bork things
