App Store keeps requesting update for uninstall App

hi all, bought secondhand mba 2017 (backwarded el capitan) , have uninstalled bunch of apps it. however, app store keeps requesting update pdf guru. when try updating it, not work , states "update unavailable apple id".
however, not find pdf guru on finder because have uninstalled it. have tried restarted keeps popping up. guidance erase annoying pdf guru update permanently?

to resolve pdf guru update nagging...

find available updates terminal:

code:

softwareupdate --list

then make mas ignore pdf guru:

code:

sofwareupdate --ignore appidentifier

appidentifier name see pdf guru command above without dash , version number (e.g. without '-3.0.10'-part). put appidentifiers blank spaces in double quotes (e.g. softwareupdate --ignore "pdf guru")

if ever want make ignored app updates showing again, type:

code:

softwareupdate --reset-ignored

however, can major problem mba still tied apple id.
