Apple Quick Charge Optimizing and Testing

my biggest complaint apple iphones charge speed. when got new iphone 8 decided figure out best possible combination.

tried several usb , usb-c chargers.
i've tried different cables.
usb cables, tried apple , anker cables similar results
on usb-c when **** hit fan.
tried 4 different cables ordered off amazon , charged slower usb. till find alternative have buy overpriced apple lightning usb-c cable.

why voltage changes? unknown can see anker in lead let's step second. let's see how chargers when charge macbook pro 13!

if buying charger, let's make sure multi-purpose.

notes: i've tested on iphone 8 between 20% , 80% when quick charge happens. results average of 4 tests. usb used standard usb volt/amp meter , usb-c plugable usb-c voltage , amperage meter.
