iPhone 8(+) Applecare+ Accidental Damage
ok people experienced apple's applecare+ not covering damage? here's story , may serve warning applecare+ , not cover. i'm disgusted understatement.
did dumb leaving iphone8+ on roof of car , driving off (before says "it's fault" yes that, guess can happen anyone). time realised 30 mins away , see on girlfriends phone using find iphone. turn around , 10 minutes before it stops transmitting location.
find in lots of pieces (that damn glass back), pick big bits , figure applecare+ accidental coverage cover it. wrong.....no sim card tray, no identification of iphone, no coverage. let serve warning apple told me on phone, accidental coverage covers deem economically repairable. advice avoid applecare+ , go carriers insurance.
carrier insurance has it's own problems. of it's done assurant/assurion.
wants replacement phone using non-oem parts poor quality control company known for?
