Wifi issues 2016 TB MBP


i don't know if issue software, hardware or router having quite few issues 13" tbmbp last year.

wifi super slow quite , disconnect completely.

1. if leave reconnect on own when disconnected can take ages reconnect if turn wifi off , on again reconnect instantly.

2. wifi slows utter crawl @ times. taking 1.5mb down instead of 60mb. if turn wifi off , on again come speed while before getting sluggish again.

have tried software fixes can find online deleting networks, plist files etc , nothing works amount of time.

have google wifi router if makes difference.

macbook coming end of warranty if hardware issue seen before that.

ideas or has else had issue before?
 

for starters, other devices on same wifi experience same problem, or mbp?

com.apple.DiskManagement.disenter error -119930878

here's odd one! 1 of our 2015 macbook air notebooks in office crashed , became unbootable after user clicked high sierra upgrade sierra on it. tried sorts of things working again, including both internet recovery , regular recovery. each time, partially install high sierra , stop error saying, "macos not installed on computer", followed specific error code mentioned in message subject line. have identically configured air (8gb ram, 512gb ssd, core i7) upgraded sierra high sierra without problems @ all, should work! thing able problem machine installing sierra usb thumb drive. did that, of user's data accessible again (nothing lost, thankfully!) , working normally. tried running high sierra upgrade again fresh app store download, hoping original issue stupid user powering computer off in middle of upgrade process. nope! exact same error , resulting unbootable machine. computer passes apple hardware tests flying colors , seems fine
