iPhone X IPhone X stolen while being shipped

hello all!
wanted share story , maybe feed back, if any.
pre-ordered iphone x on 27th at&t , had set delivery on 3rd. made me pretty happy until 3rd came , no iphone.

called at&t , said phone delayed couple days. frustrated, on it. on waiting until 6th!

6th came , got email ups stating misplaced shipment. yup, misplaced it. upset me called ups , assured me find , on way. found evening , told me here today. , right, kinda.

package arrived beat , when opened up, phone box had been unwrapped , phone stolen. loss cool. not believe after waiting package, gone. looked in box twice more, because shocked. so, in texas enjoying new phone purchased birthday. assume texas, since “misplaced.”

question since have box , serial number can phone tracked? can find it?
have at&t trying refill order, impossible since entire nation sold out.
have other suggestions? appreciated. please no negativity, i’ve had enough while.

 

hmm.. don't think apple track (or allow tracked agency)
sn may show elsewhere.. in case, you'll able cops involved.

think ups first point of contact in order resolve issue.. go there.
