MBA Early 2015 is Sooo slow copying files


hello, i'm new osx world

i've macbook air 13-inch 1.6 ghz intel core i5 + 8 gb 1600mhz ddr3 + 128 ssd
think shouldn't slow moving small or large files.


if i'm copying files usb drive or through network file transfer rate insanely slow!!
no matter i'm copying applications or picture or videos it's slow.

same files not take more 5 minutes finish copying same files on average pc hdd or ssd.


i've searched on internet solution , i've reset smc , pram hoping help
problem still exist.

i've problem, when try type on word on websites, rainbow spinning wheel show , keyboard freeze around 5 10 seconds!
don't understand why mac load typing text ?!


hope me out find solution problems.
 

what kind of usb drive copying to? it usb 3.0? how of 8gb of ram being used when start copy process?

have used mid 2013 4 gb of ram , it's quick copying on usb usb 3.0 lexar flash drive , external seagate portable drive.

com.apple.DiskManagement.disenter error -119930878

here's odd one! 1 of our 2015 macbook air notebooks in office crashed , became unbootable after user clicked high sierra upgrade sierra on it. tried sorts of things working again, including both internet recovery , regular recovery. each time, partially install high sierra , stop error saying, "macos not installed on computer", followed specific error code mentioned in message subject line. have identically configured air (8gb ram, 512gb ssd, core i7) upgraded sierra high sierra without problems @ all, should work! thing able problem machine installing sierra usb thumb drive. did that, of user's data accessible again (nothing lost, thankfully!) , working normally. tried running high sierra upgrade again fresh app store download, hoping original issue stupid user powering computer off in middle of upgrade process. nope! exact same error , resulting unbootable machine. computer passes apple hardware tests flying colors , seems fine
