i bought refurbed mid 2010 mac pro work purposes.after going through installation process, decided install pcie m.2 adapter 960 evo ssd (which planned migrate os onto, on nvme supporting high sierra) usb 3.1 gen 1 pcie expansion card bought owc. after did that, computer refuses boot. there is: - no boot/post chime - no video or audio - no usb devices detected (so can't use keyboard commands) - power light solid - no led's beside ram slots lit (which i'd assume indicates ram fine) - brief flash of red led on led right beside corner of cpu heatsink when machine powered on , when force turn off. - case fans, psu fan, , gpu fan spin, indicating power flowing - pcie m.2 adapter have led on, indicating should functioning , receiving power. curiously, happens when install in x4 slot... doesn't receive power in x16 slot. - when pressing diag button on backplate, following led's: psu pwrok (green), 5v stdby (yellow), sys pg (green), e...
