2 minnesota state lawmakers — democrat , republican — resign office following accusations of sexual misconduct, officials said on tuesday.

republican state rep. tony cornish announced intends resign around dec. 1. announcement came shortly after attorney democratic state sen. dan schoen told star tribune schoen announce resignation , address allegations during wednesday news conference

in statement, cornish, vernon center, said has reached agreement in principle unnamed female lobbyist told minnesota public radio news cornish had propositioned sex dozens of times , once forced wall in attempt kiss her. cornish said agreement calls him apologize , resign. in statement, cornish said apologizes "unwelcome behavior."

Other Unknown error

here's odd one! 1 of our 2015 macbook air notebooks in office crashed , became unbootable after user clicked high sierra upgrade sierra on it. tried sorts of things working again, including both internet recovery , regular recovery. each time, partially install high sierra , stop error saying, "macos not installed on computer", followed specific error code mentioned in message subject line. have identically configured air (8gb ram, 512gb ssd, core i7) upgraded sierra high sierra without problems @ all, should work! thing able problem machine installing sierra usb thumb drive. did that, of user's data accessible again (nothing lost, thankfully!) , working normally. tried running high sierra upgrade again fresh app store download, hoping original issue stupid user powering computer off in middle of upgrade process. nope! exact same error , resulting unbootable machine. computer passes apple hardware tests flying colors , seems fin...
