Bought my first Mac, lost my only playlist

due issue seems reoccur every 2-3 years icloud photos on pc not syncing, threw in towel , bought mac mini sole purpose of having house of apple-device-sourcing media (pics, music, movies, etc).

had pull down itunes library icloud, couldn't access songs. figured easy way fix remove downloads, copy library (files only, no .xml or anything) mini , import it.

worked great, except playlist, contains soundtracks , scores in order of appearance entire movie series, in order.

can recreate this, if can copy on file , import , have work again (across mac , ios devices, that'd fantastic).


there sort of library .xml file or such can copy pc (which has not had itunes started on since getting mini, should contain intact playlist) , import restore playlist?
