Another feature broken? Adblock don’t work on videos


ok working before can listen music or podcast , video in safari doesn’t auto play. using adblock think. in ios 11 it’s annoying.

cnet article keeps stopping podcast. i’ve found same thing in other websites notably news articles , sports websites.

paid roamblock adblocker doesn’t work out because breaks site (i’m getting refund when post itunes account). don’t mind ads or images don’t want autoplay videos since it’ll eat mobile data , interrupts podcast.

anyway i’ve resorted using chrome on iphone , continue safari on mac annoying. i’m not chrome fan has now.

can try playing music or podcast , going on link , see if stops audio. takes ten seconds video wind , start playing.
 

i opened link , stopped music playback also. there seemed 2 videos on site neither autoplaying, paused music no reason.

don't use adblocker. annoying.

Other Unknown error

here's odd one! 1 of our 2015 macbook air notebooks in office crashed , became unbootable after user clicked high sierra upgrade sierra on it. tried sorts of things working again, including both internet recovery , regular recovery. each time, partially install high sierra , stop error saying, "macos not installed on computer", followed specific error code mentioned in message subject line. have identically configured air (8gb ram, 512gb ssd, core i7) upgraded sierra high sierra without problems @ all, should work! thing able problem machine installing sierra usb thumb drive. did that, of user's data accessible again (nothing lost, thankfully!) , working normally. tried running high sierra upgrade again fresh app store download, hoping original issue stupid user powering computer off in middle of upgrade process. nope! exact same error , resulting unbootable machine. computer passes apple hardware tests flying colors , seems fin...
