How best to charge my Mac?

use 2017 macbook pro.

optimum way of charging mac? understand it, best way charge iphone 6s plus charge 90% , let iphone drain 80% , charge 90%. difficult in practice, 90% 50% , 90% healthy battery. 100% 0% not necessary better 90% 50%.

just using see fit without worrying battery ;) broad tip, trying keep close 50% possible , not worrying if charge 100% or let drop 0% (indeed recommended , again calibration purposes) if spend of time in zone between 20 , 80 percent, that’s ideal charge range, in practice it’ll make little difference overall lifespan.

Other Unknown error

here's odd one! 1 of our 2015 macbook air notebooks in office crashed , became unbootable after user clicked high sierra upgrade sierra on it. tried sorts of things working again, including both internet recovery , regular recovery. each time, partially install high sierra , stop error saying, "macos not installed on computer", followed specific error code mentioned in message subject line. have identically configured air (8gb ram, 512gb ssd, core i7) upgraded sierra high sierra without problems @ all, should work! thing able problem machine installing sierra usb thumb drive. did that, of user's data accessible again (nothing lost, thankfully!) , working normally. tried running high sierra upgrade again fresh app store download, hoping original issue stupid user powering computer off in middle of upgrade process. nope! exact same error , resulting unbootable machine. computer passes apple hardware tests flying colors , seems fin...
