Solved: Failed Apple Pay Cash Verification. Locked Out?

finally got access apple pay cash last night.

figured go ahead , verify myself.

asked things address, last 4 of ss, full social, , front , picture of drivers license. few seconds later, got message verification failed , wouldn’t able use apple pay cash anymore , contact apple support.

called apple morning , took details , transferred me specialist @ greendot bank? said there nothing , asked if there else.

summary: don’t additional verification unless prompted because if fail it, apple doesn’t care nor have developed process unblock customers.

overall bad experience. use apple pay daily , i’ve had apple id 10+ years

that seems weird require hoops if have apple pay enabled?

have 2 factor enabled on apple id? wondering if breached or , taking precautions?
