Battery Issue


hello
using macbook late 2009 running os x 10.9.5. bought 2nd hand month ago. when bought noticed yesterday there came message of service battery. searched on internet , found there tricks remove performing smc reset , battery caliberation. done both things nothing happen. battery cycles 354 , max battery charge 4400 mah. kindly please.
 

that particular model not require calibration. likely, reason message displaying because service life has passed , battery needs replacing. if take apple store or apple authorized service provider, can run more detailed test examine specifics. there third party options users happy with.

here's odd one! 1 of our 2015 macbook air notebooks in office crashed , became unbootable after user clicked high sierra upgrade sierra on it. tried sorts of things working again, including both internet recovery , regular recovery. each time, partially install high sierra , stop error saying, "macos not installed on computer", followed specific error code mentioned in message subject line. have identically configured air (8gb ram, 512gb ssd, core i7) upgraded sierra high sierra without problems @ all, should work! thing able problem machine installing sierra usb thumb drive. did that, of user's data accessible again (nothing lost, thankfully!) , working normally. tried running high sierra upgrade again fresh app store download, hoping original issue stupid user powering computer off in middle of upgrade process. nope! exact same error , resulting unbootable machine. computer passes apple hardware tests flying colors , seems fine
