Here's a dumb Q about MacBook abbreviations

i didn't see sticky anywhere lists macrumors' abbreviations refer to, i'm gonna ask...

in discussions of various mac notebook discussions, i'm seeing things "rmb" (and others similar), can give me cliff notes on what's that? lol

 

the acronyms refer models of machines being talked about. isn't complete list here examples:

rmb - retina macbook, aka macbook 12", r differentiate older macbook
mbp - macbook pro in either 13" or 15" variants
mba - macbook air

have seen ntb , tb when referring mbp, ntb meaning no touch bar, , tb meaning has touch bar.
