Recently deleted photos album missing


after updated iphone 6 ios 9.3.5 ios 10.3.3, "recently deleted" photos album went missing , never came back, still case new iphone 8 running ios 11.1.1 (which restored backup of iphone 6).

problem on iphone 6 seemed persist on new iphone 8 third party apps can't "see" photos, show blank page saying "no photos or videos", in privacy settings, these apps not shown have requested access photos, therefore don't see toggle allow access.

ipad running 10.3.3 doesn't have of these problems.

else having similar problems?
 

i believe updating ios 11.1.2 fix that. when got iphone x, whole icloud photos missing. when updated, came back.

com.apple.DiskManagement.disenter error -119930878

here's odd one! 1 of our 2015 macbook air notebooks in office crashed , became unbootable after user clicked high sierra upgrade sierra on it. tried sorts of things working again, including both internet recovery , regular recovery. each time, partially install high sierra , stop error saying, "macos not installed on computer", followed specific error code mentioned in message subject line. have identically configured air (8gb ram, 512gb ssd, core i7) upgraded sierra high sierra without problems @ all, should work! thing able problem machine installing sierra usb thumb drive. did that, of user's data accessible again (nothing lost, thankfully!) , working normally. tried running high sierra upgrade again fresh app store download, hoping original issue stupid user powering computer off in middle of upgrade process. nope! exact same error , resulting unbootable machine. computer passes apple hardware tests flying colors , seems fine
