Editing in Preview


hi everyone, i'm having bit of trouble preview , wondering if knows solution. need enter information on page (applying job). gives 3 spaces previous work info , says attach copies of page if there's more places. i've tried option drag duplicate pages, , i've done edit->insert page file more. however, in both cases if enter on 1 page, of pages have it. repeats 3 spaces on , on , won't let me enter new (if delete or edit 2nd page, example, 1st page change match it). know how duplicate pages can edit each 1 separately? help!
 

i'm not sure, work this:
1.) delete pages, except 1 need duplicate
2.) print single page pdf
3.) open original pdf
4.) drag single page saved pdf , write on page
5.) print whole file pdf

Other Unknown error

here's odd one! 1 of our 2015 macbook air notebooks in office crashed , became unbootable after user clicked high sierra upgrade sierra on it. tried sorts of things working again, including both internet recovery , regular recovery. each time, partially install high sierra , stop error saying, "macos not installed on computer", followed specific error code mentioned in message subject line. have identically configured air (8gb ram, 512gb ssd, core i7) upgraded sierra high sierra without problems @ all, should work! thing able problem machine installing sierra usb thumb drive. did that, of user's data accessible again (nothing lost, thankfully!) , working normally. tried running high sierra upgrade again fresh app store download, hoping original issue stupid user powering computer off in middle of upgrade process. nope! exact same error , resulting unbootable machine. computer passes apple hardware tests flying colors , seems fin...
