iOS 11 system storage usage


upon checking storage today, noticed iphone 8 plus 64gb using 16gb of storage system. used 6gb jumped after updating once 14gb , 16gb. have no ios updates waiting installed. normal , if not how can rectify issue? also, how storage system taking in ios 11 you? thanks.

it's substantially jumped since yesterday when updated 11.2 gm. earlier system using 4gb , it's using 7.78gb

com.apple.DiskManagement.disenter error -119930878

here's odd one! 1 of our 2015 macbook air notebooks in office crashed , became unbootable after user clicked high sierra upgrade sierra on it. tried sorts of things working again, including both internet recovery , regular recovery. each time, partially install high sierra , stop error saying, "macos not installed on computer", followed specific error code mentioned in message subject line. have identically configured air (8gb ram, 512gb ssd, core i7) upgraded sierra high sierra without problems @ all, should work! thing able problem machine installing sierra usb thumb drive. did that, of user's data accessible again (nothing lost, thankfully!) , working normally. tried running high sierra upgrade again fresh app store download, hoping original issue stupid user powering computer off in middle of upgrade process. nope! exact same error , resulting unbootable machine. computer passes apple hardware tests flying colors , seems fine
