iPhone Cydia crasches


iphone 6+ ios 10.1.
have yalu jailbreak seems can not acess cydia, have not been able access cydia 1 single time since jailbroke phone.
cydia opens , closes directly when hit cydia icon.

can not install openssh or afc2add or anthing that.
can ssh iphone , see root folders including cydia, when try install .deb file way not allow me add file phone, guess maybe bacause havent been able download openssh phone cydia? error message in winscp saying "cant run scp, check scp installed on server...."

there way can cydia working without need restore, or install files through ssh iphone?

com.apple.DiskManagement.disenter error -119930878

here's odd one! 1 of our 2015 macbook air notebooks in office crashed , became unbootable after user clicked high sierra upgrade sierra on it. tried sorts of things working again, including both internet recovery , regular recovery. each time, partially install high sierra , stop error saying, "macos not installed on computer", followed specific error code mentioned in message subject line. have identically configured air (8gb ram, 512gb ssd, core i7) upgraded sierra high sierra without problems @ all, should work! thing able problem machine installing sierra usb thumb drive. did that, of user's data accessible again (nothing lost, thankfully!) , working normally. tried running high sierra upgrade again fresh app store download, hoping original issue stupid user powering computer off in middle of upgrade process. nope! exact same error , resulting unbootable machine. computer passes apple hardware tests flying colors , seems fine
