Apple TV 4K vs. Nvidia Shield

hi everyone!

bought brand new oled-tv lg: http://www.lg.com/us/tvs/lg-oled65c7p-oled-4k-tv

i've started looking @ media player able play 4k content. have few years old full hd tv i've been using chromecast stream content to.

new media player, i'd stream regular apps netflix, hulu etc, stream content directly computer (locally hosted files). looked plex apple tv, think read not working on 4k version?

anyway - i'm stuck between atv 4k , nvidia shield. i'm pretty apple ecosystem (iphone, ipad, macs etc) - wondering if has done comparison? won't buying movies itunes releases in sweden worse ones in us.

recommendations/thoughts? thx!

 

i not sure if identical version of android, had sony 4k tv android os , not stand it. returned tv because of picture issue, did not sony partly because of convoluted system.

use atv , don't think there's comparison. miles better imo:

smoother operation
more intuitive (granted, i've used atvs years)
android froze/crashed @ least 6-8x in 2-3 days of use

watch, atv covers 90% of of needs. of course, might have other viewing requirements.
