What is going on with iPhone X Upgraders in the UK?


after talk of being easy process apple's upgrade programme - upgrade iphone x - have found royal pain in a$$!

after getting reservation in - mine hasn't moved. stuck on sometime before 18th nov - despite order being made @ 8.08 am. others seem have moved forward , apple appears favouring cash buyers on upgraders , making more phones available them.

has had movement on upgrade?
 

check app @ 06:00 prompt every morning , try grab new iup reservation, tell them when go in want upgrade existing iup device.

com.apple.DiskManagement.disenter error -119930878

here's odd one! 1 of our 2015 macbook air notebooks in office crashed , became unbootable after user clicked high sierra upgrade sierra on it. tried sorts of things working again, including both internet recovery , regular recovery. each time, partially install high sierra , stop error saying, "macos not installed on computer", followed specific error code mentioned in message subject line. have identically configured air (8gb ram, 512gb ssd, core i7) upgraded sierra high sierra without problems @ all, should work! thing able problem machine installing sierra usb thumb drive. did that, of user's data accessible again (nothing lost, thankfully!) , working normally. tried running high sierra upgrade again fresh app store download, hoping original issue stupid user powering computer off in middle of upgrade process. nope! exact same error , resulting unbootable machine. computer passes apple hardware tests flying colors , seems fine
