Having an Issue with my Case

just got x today. love phone, works awesome. don’t have complaints besides getting use gesture based os.

anyways , i’m using otterbox pursuit case phone, it’s case on paper, thin feeling pretty sturdy.

issue im having built in volume rocker switch doesn’t seem work phone. flip switch put phone on silent when i’m @ work, switch isn’t working . took phone out of case , switch works fine without case , it’s not phone issue. case.

posted here in case has same accessory me , shed light on possibly doing wrong . i’ve contacted otterbox via email. gonna give them call when i’m off. in advance !
