Music videos not playing


this 1 bit different:
apple replaced 6 plus ("touch disease") 6s plus last week, , i've been messing getting restored. since when backup not full backup? digress.....
have pretty in order after house cleaning itunes, , syncing.
but....
when selecting music video listing under "songs", plays fine in both itunes , on phone.
can create playlist in itunes of them all, , play fine, both in itunes , on phone playlist.
but, on phone, if go music>library>music videos shows them all, no matter selected, defaults either first on list, or 1 of last.
have verified listed "music videos" under media kind in itunes. how indexes library entry seems broken. suggestions on how fix?

com.apple.DiskManagement.disenter error -119930878

here's odd one! 1 of our 2015 macbook air notebooks in office crashed , became unbootable after user clicked high sierra upgrade sierra on it. tried sorts of things working again, including both internet recovery , regular recovery. each time, partially install high sierra , stop error saying, "macos not installed on computer", followed specific error code mentioned in message subject line. have identically configured air (8gb ram, 512gb ssd, core i7) upgraded sierra high sierra without problems @ all, should work! thing able problem machine installing sierra usb thumb drive. did that, of user's data accessible again (nothing lost, thankfully!) , working normally. tried running high sierra upgrade again fresh app store download, hoping original issue stupid user powering computer off in middle of upgrade process. nope! exact same error , resulting unbootable machine. computer passes apple hardware tests flying colors , seems fine
