guess advertising or tracking scripts.

thing is, settings (i think default) not loaded. so, point of including them?

should give heave-ho third-party scripts aren't https:. handwriting on wall. fewer , fewer of these loaded, browser defaults , user preferences change.

certificate used load https://forums.macrumors.com/thread...nauthenticated-sources.2093021/#post-25555811 uses ssl certificate distrusted in upcoming release of chrome. once distrusted, users prevented loading resource. see https://g.co/chrome/symantecpkicerts more information.

com.apple.DiskManagement.disenter error -119930878

here's odd one! 1 of our 2015 macbook air notebooks in office crashed , became unbootable after user clicked high sierra upgrade sierra on it. tried sorts of things working again, including both internet recovery , regular recovery. each time, partially install high sierra , stop error saying, "macos not installed on computer", followed specific error code mentioned in message subject line. have identically configured air (8gb ram, 512gb ssd, core i7) upgraded sierra high sierra without problems @ all, should work! thing able problem machine installing sierra usb thumb drive. did that, of user's data accessible again (nothing lost, thankfully!) , working normally. tried running high sierra upgrade again fresh app store download, hoping original issue stupid user powering computer off in middle of upgrade process. nope! exact same error , resulting unbootable machine. computer passes apple hardware tests flying colors , seems fine
