nothing unfortunately, cannot tell how many times i've been screwed ups , fedex, , have have medication shipped me can spoil overnight. during iphone 5 times, had conference in verizon , ups @ 9 pm @ night them demand come , redeliver phone because delivery man got tired @ end of shift , marked last few packaged "delay in delivery" , gonna them on shift monday. raised hell , got highest supervisor reach @ verizon conferenced in ups telling them gonna call boss , report them etc. 20 year custom of verizon bent on backwards.
ups found better when mistakes happen, in terms of letting u come depot or finding way make up. fedex says oh bad sucks you.
