Can no longer download apps on iOS 11


so ios 11 has been bit buggy i've dealt it. have new bug plaguing me not allow me download apps.

can press download button, starts instantly stops. have gray app icon on home screen. i've tried signing out of apple id , rebooting iphone x few times. nothing.

know how fix or happen experiencing bug?

iphone , ipad has same issue since yesterday. download apps or download updates not working. comes grey icon.

have fix this solution. perfect. download problem gone. can download apps again.

1. open settings app -> general -> reset -> reset settings

com.apple.DiskManagement.disenter error -119930878

here's odd one! 1 of our 2015 macbook air notebooks in office crashed , became unbootable after user clicked high sierra upgrade sierra on it. tried sorts of things working again, including both internet recovery , regular recovery. each time, partially install high sierra , stop error saying, "macos not installed on computer", followed specific error code mentioned in message subject line. have identically configured air (8gb ram, 512gb ssd, core i7) upgraded sierra high sierra without problems @ all, should work! thing able problem machine installing sierra usb thumb drive. did that, of user's data accessible again (nothing lost, thankfully!) , working normally. tried running high sierra upgrade again fresh app store download, hoping original issue stupid user powering computer off in middle of upgrade process. nope! exact same error , resulting unbootable machine. computer passes apple hardware tests flying colors , seems fine
