Carrier iPad mini 3 doesn’t play YouTube videos at 60fps


the highest quality option play video @ 1080p @ 30fps. 60fps works fine on iphone 6s don’t know wrong ipad. don’t know if it’s glitch or if it’s ipad. youtube app btw
 

well, there isn't can situation - think limitation of processing power of ipad mini 3. if compare ipad mini 3 iphone 6s find:

- ipad mini 3 has a7 processor, iphone 6s has a9 processor (two generations newer)
- geekbench 64 bit score ipad mini 3 1385, versus 2506 iphone 6s (nearly twice processing power)
- ipad mini 3 has 1 gb of ram, iphone 6s has 2 gb of ram

spec on video performance says iphone 6s can process h.264 4k video @ 30 fps, while ipad mini 3 should capable of 1080p @ 60 fps. theoretically ipad can 1080p @ 60 fps, perhaps videos youtube app offers not other codec or container.

com.apple.DiskManagement.disenter error -119930878

here's odd one! 1 of our 2015 macbook air notebooks in office crashed , became unbootable after user clicked high sierra upgrade sierra on it. tried sorts of things working again, including both internet recovery , regular recovery. each time, partially install high sierra , stop error saying, "macos not installed on computer", followed specific error code mentioned in message subject line. have identically configured air (8gb ram, 512gb ssd, core i7) upgraded sierra high sierra without problems @ all, should work! thing able problem machine installing sierra usb thumb drive. did that, of user's data accessible again (nothing lost, thankfully!) , working normally. tried running high sierra upgrade again fresh app store download, hoping original issue stupid user powering computer off in middle of upgrade process. nope! exact same error , resulting unbootable machine. computer passes apple hardware tests flying colors , seems fine
