iOS 11: Bug: App greyed out, iPhone freezess


i encountered bug drives me insane. sometimes, maybe once week, following occurs:

1) leave active app (which in folder) tap on home button
2) in folder
3) can't open app in folder. touch icons nothing happens. tap home button leave folder.
4) on home screen, not able open app (not mail / safari)
5) mail / safari app greyed out
6) nothing works anymore, neither home button nor control center. ios frozen.
7) have reboot phone.

happened me on 6s ios 11.0, 11.0.1 , 11.1. every time made clean install. didn't help. i'm on 8 plus , encounter bug every week @ least once.

has else experienced similar issue , found resolution?

once able make screenshot (this thing worked). mail wasn't active before, "killed".

com.apple.DiskManagement.disenter error -119930878

here's odd one! 1 of our 2015 macbook air notebooks in office crashed , became unbootable after user clicked high sierra upgrade sierra on it. tried sorts of things working again, including both internet recovery , regular recovery. each time, partially install high sierra , stop error saying, "macos not installed on computer", followed specific error code mentioned in message subject line. have identically configured air (8gb ram, 512gb ssd, core i7) upgraded sierra high sierra without problems @ all, should work! thing able problem machine installing sierra usb thumb drive. did that, of user's data accessible again (nothing lost, thankfully!) , working normally. tried running high sierra upgrade again fresh app store download, hoping original issue stupid user powering computer off in middle of upgrade process. nope! exact same error , resulting unbootable machine. computer passes apple hardware tests flying colors , seems fine
