iPhone X How much money did most of you pay for the iPhone X AFTER cases, accessories, Apple Care+, taxes,etc


i decided not use iphone x. not bc couldn’t afford it, bc gut didn’t feel right spending on it. have gotten

iphone x - ~$1150

tax - ~$115

couple cases - ~$50

apple care+: ~$200

grand total have been $1,500

didn’t feel right. , know might slow after year i’m relieved not bc iphone 8 not cheap either.

here's odd one! 1 of our 2015 macbook air notebooks in office crashed , became unbootable after user clicked high sierra upgrade sierra on it. tried sorts of things working again, including both internet recovery , regular recovery. each time, partially install high sierra , stop error saying, "macos not installed on computer", followed specific error code mentioned in message subject line. have identically configured air (8gb ram, 512gb ssd, core i7) upgraded sierra high sierra without problems @ all, should work! thing able problem machine installing sierra usb thumb drive. did that, of user's data accessible again (nothing lost, thankfully!) , working normally. tried running high sierra upgrade again fresh app store download, hoping original issue stupid user powering computer off in middle of upgrade process. nope! exact same error , resulting unbootable machine. computer passes apple hardware tests flying colors , seems fine
