(Amazon Prime Video) Can Someone Help Me Figure Out Where the Problem Lies

i having strange problem amazon prime video. don’t know start diagnosing/repairing.

simply, apv app stopped working in various ways on apple tvs , on ios apps, on wifi. if load apv app on cell, works fine. on wifi, nope.

then... if open apv smart tv’s amazon app... works fine. so, seems internet provider? how block apple products?

thought may app itself, works not on ios apps, not on 3rd or 4th generation apple tv.

following errors:

apple tv (3rd generation): black screen, accessing prime video, white loading spinner, hangs indefinitely.

apple tv (4th generation 4k): internet connectivity problem. there’s internet connection problem. check device’s internet settings, data cables, or try restarting router. also, turning device off, , on might fix problem. further assistance, please contact amazon customer service at...

iphone 7 plus: playback error. we’re unable connect amazon video. please verify device’s internet connection.

ipad mini: same iphone.

ideas? or, happening else?

again, it’s when on isp. , on apple devices. , it’s been day.

i know won't work apple tv 3rd gen. have deleted , reinstalled app on other devices? has fixed odd problems me.

3rd gen. apple tv, if haven't done sure , pull power plug restart it.
