iPhone 6 screen unresponsive


hi all.

have iphone 6 in family seems having screen issues. @ times can use normally, screen stop registering touches. can few seconds or whole minute. believed may have been due faulty screen, had replaced , unresponsiveness still continues.

has here had issue or got recommendations else try it?

your phone may suffering touch disease. condition affects iphone 6 plus happen on iphone 6. if quality replacement screens suffer same issue, logic board issue. certain, backup phone , full restore on start clean. if same issue crops again, require micro-soldering repair.

here's odd one! 1 of our 2015 macbook air notebooks in office crashed , became unbootable after user clicked high sierra upgrade sierra on it. tried sorts of things working again, including both internet recovery , regular recovery. each time, partially install high sierra , stop error saying, "macos not installed on computer", followed specific error code mentioned in message subject line. have identically configured air (8gb ram, 512gb ssd, core i7) upgraded sierra high sierra without problems @ all, should work! thing able problem machine installing sierra usb thumb drive. did that, of user's data accessible again (nothing lost, thankfully!) , working normally. tried running high sierra upgrade again fresh app store download, hoping original issue stupid user powering computer off in middle of upgrade process. nope! exact same error , resulting unbootable machine. computer passes apple hardware tests flying colors , seems fine
