Iphone repair gone bad - looking for advice


hi everyone,

little bit of background - purchased certified refurbished iphone 6s , had phone month. after getting hairline crack in phone took local shop screen , battery replaced. replaced both , @ first there slight issue screen come white lines , touch stop working. pressed around screen , seemed temporarily fix issue. planning on taking phone in issue resolved before 1 day after repair plugged in aux cord , screen flashed black , nothing work (forced reboot, restore on iphone etc). took phone , after dodging calls 3 weeks told motherboard fried due pre-existing short circuit , have pay anymore repairs , repair shop not responsible preexisting condition on phone , had nothing due screen , battery. sounds bs me - guys think?

is apple authorized repair centre? if so, file official complaint apple. if not, out of luck.

Other Unknown error

com.apple.DiskManagement.disenter error -119930878

here's odd one! 1 of our 2015 macbook air notebooks in office crashed , became unbootable after user clicked high sierra upgrade sierra on it. tried sorts of things working again, including both internet recovery , regular recovery. each time, partially install high sierra , stop error saying, "macos not installed on computer", followed specific error code mentioned in message subject line. have identically configured air (8gb ram, 512gb ssd, core i7) upgraded sierra high sierra without problems @ all, should work! thing able problem machine installing sierra usb thumb drive. did that, of user's data accessible again (nothing lost, thankfully!) , working normally. tried running high sierra upgrade again fresh app store download, hoping original issue stupid user powering computer off in middle of upgrade process. nope! exact same error , resulting unbootable machine. computer passes apple hardware tests flying colors , seems fin...
