When does Apple ship your replacement product?


i confused right now. ordered macbook air , arrived yesterday. initiated replacement apple.

can see attached screenshot, states on order page replacement macbook air "ships original address once carrier collects return." well, yesterday carrier collected return , scanned system. problem is, it's been 24 hours , no shipping notification of replacement product.

so, chatted apple twice , both reps said replacement shipped when apple receives returned product @ return center. not states on order status page. has ever returned item replacement, , if replacement shipped after carrier collected return, or shipped after apple received return product back? thanks

it's been when carrier has collected return, replacement item shipped. i'm not sure why delay. follow either apple or carrier tomorrow if don't have updated information.
