iPhone 8(+) Can extreme cold damage my phone


im in maryland in usa , we’re experiencing cold temp (relative locale). had walk car mall. 5 minutes or less , temp 12f wind chill -4f. phone in front jeans pocket entire time. can damage phone or can using phone after being out in weather damage
 

as long keep device close body, should fine. aware battery capacity go way down until phone warms again. never let phone “cold soak” leaving outside, itself, extended periods.

if phone cold , return inside high humidity atmosphere, can sweat , set off water sensors. keep in ziplock until warms higher temperatures.

com.apple.DiskManagement.disenter error -119930878

here's odd one! 1 of our 2015 macbook air notebooks in office crashed , became unbootable after user clicked high sierra upgrade sierra on it. tried sorts of things working again, including both internet recovery , regular recovery. each time, partially install high sierra , stop error saying, "macos not installed on computer", followed specific error code mentioned in message subject line. have identically configured air (8gb ram, 512gb ssd, core i7) upgraded sierra high sierra without problems @ all, should work! thing able problem machine installing sierra usb thumb drive. did that, of user's data accessible again (nothing lost, thankfully!) , working normally. tried running high sierra upgrade again fresh app store download, hoping original issue stupid user powering computer off in middle of upgrade process. nope! exact same error , resulting unbootable machine. computer passes apple hardware tests flying colors , seems fine
