Is this stupid???


i know answer, here goes anyway....

series 3 gps (not lte). noticed nice scratch, inch long, across top of watch face. here's kicker, it's visible in direct light; flashlight pointing directly @ screen. in other instances, can't see @ all. however, know it's there , it's starting annoy me - point i'm looking scratch (which happens when point flashlight @ - slow friday night, guess).

so, of course, got thinking.... "upgrade" lte version memory (not interested in activating lte). started looking around , locally sourced nike+ version black/platinum pure sport loop (i love sport loops!). hey, what's $429, huh?

essentially, i'd gaining few new watch faces (i explorer face), snazzy sport loop, , non-scratched screen (until scratch next one). i'd losing is, said, $429, nothing sneeze at.

stupid, yes? discuss.
 

obviously scratch annoying enough point contemplating purchasing different model apple watch. personally, if can justify price point want device , if appease not @ scratch more, why not.

otherwise option have, can purchase screen protector , apply apple watch have now, should hide scratch altogether without seeing it.

OWC Envoy Pro SSD Enclosure - Alternatives?

hi there! long time reader, first time poster! wondering if might able me out question. 2013 mbp w/ retina met unceremonious end courtesy of water damage. cost repair far worthwhile purchased replacement instead. however, turned out ssd (768gb!) appears ok. guy @ genius bar suggested third party external casing use (a) access data (since said apple charges $90cad or transfer over) , (b) use ssd external drive in future. kind enough remove ssd me. i found below option: https://eshop.macsales.com/item/owc/mau3envoypro/ i'm wondering if there other less expensive alternatives? couldn't find else online. owc enclosure not outrageously expensive i'm looking thrifty since don't plan on making use of it. thank much!   i in similar situation, 2013 500gb blade ssd after buying used rmbp mid 2015. noticed ssd installed 2013, complained , got later faster ssd plus keep ...
