Photos iOS/Mac OS

hello all,

might have strange problem, write might, because not sure if meant be, or if bug.
problem revolves around timestamps on pictures taken on vacation.

phone connected wifi localy, time on phone local , aware of in world.

find problematic, when using phone take pictures in dubai, timestamp gives me correct local time, fine , good. after coming home europe, time shifts in phone, show local time, @ time photo taken. but, , more strange, when looking @ exact same photo on mac, gives me time dubai, ????

nr 1. why phone adjust time photo, depending on when looking @ allready taken photo?
nr 2. why mac os , ios show different times, cant ge head around it, , wonder if doing wrong, or if strange feature meant be???

please advise if normal or not?
