FaceTime from iOS11 to iOS10 not working


hi.

trying call wife today using facetime audio. call went through side nothing showed on phone. did tests , results are:

1. facetime 6s (ios 11.2.5) 5s (ios 10.3.3) doesn't work
2. facetime 5s (ios 11.2) 5s doesn't work
3. facetime macbook pro (10.12.6) 5s works
4. facetime 6s 5s (both running ios 11) works

restarted phone. turned facetime off , on again. no help.

there's problem between ios 11 , 10 since calling macbook works. ideas how fix without updating ios 11?

if between , wife, use different app whatsapp.

com.apple.DiskManagement.disenter error -119930878

here's odd one! 1 of our 2015 macbook air notebooks in office crashed , became unbootable after user clicked high sierra upgrade sierra on it. tried sorts of things working again, including both internet recovery , regular recovery. each time, partially install high sierra , stop error saying, "macos not installed on computer", followed specific error code mentioned in message subject line. have identically configured air (8gb ram, 512gb ssd, core i7) upgraded sierra high sierra without problems @ all, should work! thing able problem machine installing sierra usb thumb drive. did that, of user's data accessible again (nothing lost, thankfully!) , working normally. tried running high sierra upgrade again fresh app store download, hoping original issue stupid user powering computer off in middle of upgrade process. nope! exact same error , resulting unbootable machine. computer passes apple hardware tests flying colors , seems fine
