Should I buy Notability over OneNote?

i've bought ipad pro schoolwork, however, stuck deciding note-taking apps.

onenote great app, multi-platform, cloud services, free, syncing school email... way works strange, odd, instance: can't import separate pdf page or import whole pdf printout, or can't import powerpoint,...

notability, on other hand, i've been using "illegal-version" while, it's simple, fast, import powerpoint, pdf files,... can't create page in pdf imported(-which use regularity, since space write on in text-book pdf limited) , capitalism, it's expensive, furthermore mac's app more expensive.

fell want buy notability, disconcerted price(in place, can live richly whole week 10$). should live onenote disadvantage on notability price gap?

first if want purchase apps , save money, buy apps card when go on sale money birthday. bring cost down. or check when apps go on sale ??


sounds trying in 1 app. maybe there pdf app adobe fill void. i've been looking around youtube decide apps fit needs. people don't realize apple's notes app allows import pdf files. import pdf files there in case don't have cellular access.
