How do I get rid of an e-mail address in the sharing scroll-down menu? Apple doesn't know!


how remove e-mail address inside red circle? contacted apple support , don't know well. don't have address on contact list, i've deleted e-mail accounts , added them again mail, log off icloud account , log on again, etc. won't disappear there though i've sent e-mails other addresses. 1 stayed there , won't go. here's screenshot. sorry it's in portuguese guess know mean... can translate if need be.

does address show in spotlight search? have number of addresses i've deleted everywhere on mac, persist in showing in spotlight (and spent time apple trying figure out they're originating from).

check spotlight, see if shows there well...

com.apple.DiskManagement.disenter error -119930878

here's odd one! 1 of our 2015 macbook air notebooks in office crashed , became unbootable after user clicked high sierra upgrade sierra on it. tried sorts of things working again, including both internet recovery , regular recovery. each time, partially install high sierra , stop error saying, "macos not installed on computer", followed specific error code mentioned in message subject line. have identically configured air (8gb ram, 512gb ssd, core i7) upgraded sierra high sierra without problems @ all, should work! thing able problem machine installing sierra usb thumb drive. did that, of user's data accessible again (nothing lost, thankfully!) , working normally. tried running high sierra upgrade again fresh app store download, hoping original issue stupid user powering computer off in middle of upgrade process. nope! exact same error , resulting unbootable machine. computer passes apple hardware tests flying colors , seems fine
