iMessages on iCloud


hi,

have idea on why imessages in icloud isn't ready yet ?
one feature waiting on ios 11. , during beta used work pretty well, @ least in experience.

hoping 11.1 bring no... 11.2 launches first beta , still nothing. airplay 2 or applepay cash beginning tested/available. sounds imessages on icloud last feature announced that's not available.

all know it's not out far. can perhaps theorize , guess why--essentially it's not ready--but that's it.

com.apple.DiskManagement.disenter error -119930878

here's odd one! 1 of our 2015 macbook air notebooks in office crashed , became unbootable after user clicked high sierra upgrade sierra on it. tried sorts of things working again, including both internet recovery , regular recovery. each time, partially install high sierra , stop error saying, "macos not installed on computer", followed specific error code mentioned in message subject line. have identically configured air (8gb ram, 512gb ssd, core i7) upgraded sierra high sierra without problems @ all, should work! thing able problem machine installing sierra usb thumb drive. did that, of user's data accessible again (nothing lost, thankfully!) , working normally. tried running high sierra upgrade again fresh app store download, hoping original issue stupid user powering computer off in middle of upgrade process. nope! exact same error , resulting unbootable machine. computer passes apple hardware tests flying colors , seems fine
