iPhone iCloud photos.
so i’ve use itunes backup , restore phone , arrange pics on pc.
1 of biggest gripes iphone there’s still no way organise photos on phone itself. have use pc/mac.
having used itunes thought i’d give icloud photo’s go. when turned on removed on 2k photos i’d synced via itunes. had wait whilst exact same pictures had deleted uploaded icloud. idiotic quite frankly. why not sync them.
once done despite them being in albums , arranged on pc thrown in ‘all photos’ album on phone.
spent hours sorting them yet again in albums in originally.
find can’t delete them ‘all photos’ without deleting them entirely phone. plus puts pics take camera in ‘all photos’ folder.
ended folder 2k unsorted pics in , duplicates of pictures in albums. , 3 hours of time wasted.
surely can’t right? please tell me i’m idiot , have done wrong?
want able snap pic move pic in correct album should wish keep it.
icloud photos shoving them in 1 album , leaving that?

in experience, there photos 'album' can keep virtual copies within albums. me, works , didn't have special that. i'm sorry may not helpful, literally simple...drag photos 1 or more albums, see same on icloud , phone , ipad...--- post merged, ---
