iPhone Message fails when sending links from Safari to iMessage (iPhone 6s)


iphone 6s on t-mobile. when trying send link through safari imessage getting message failed 90% of time. i'll open page in safari , click bottom button (box arrow) bring options send / share page. hit message, type in recipient , 9 times out of 10 fails. have issues sending pictures same way photos app fail 50% of time. lot's of times picture issue happens when i'm on cellular , works fine on wifi.

else have similar issues or having recommendation fix? i've reset network settings , i've restored , set new. sim card related?
 

is recipient iphone or android user?

date & time > automatically

go messages settings , make sure mms messaging enabled. if is, toggle off , on.

make sure have updated apn settings carrier going settings>general>about manually trigger carrier update if there 1 available update it.

OWC Envoy Pro SSD Enclosure - Alternatives?
